基于典型相关分析的砂仁性状与内在物质基础相关性研究

目的研究中药砂仁性状和内在物质基础的相关性,为砂仁质量标准中性状特征提供试验依据和数据支持。方法以纵径、横径、百果重、种子团每室种子数为性状指标,采用人工测量法进行分析。水蒸气蒸馏法测定挥发油含量,气相色谱法(GC)测定主要挥发性成分乙酸龙脑酯和樟脑的含量;高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和紫外分光光度法(UV)分别对水溶性成分槲皮苷和总黄酮进行含量测定。采用SAS统计分析系统典型相关分析(Cancorr分析)对所得结果进行相关性分析。结果 Cancorr分析的典型相关系数(λ1)为0.961 0。具体分析结果如下:来自性状指标的第一典型变量中种子团每室种子数的权数最大,为-0.208 9;而性状特征在槲皮苷含量上的相关系数最大,为-5.366 8,其余具有一致趋势的相关系数依次为挥发油含量为-1.879 7、乙酸龙脑酯含量为-1.878 9、乙酸龙脑酯与樟脑含量比值为-0.913 6。结论研究结果表明了不同性状砂仁物质基础存在显著性差异,证明了优质砂仁性状特征的科学性与合理性,为进一步完善砂仁的质量评价体系奠定了基础。 Objective To study the correlation between Chinese herb sand traits and intrinsic material basis, and to provide experimental basis and data support for the trait of intermediate trait in Amomum villosum quality standard. Methods The longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter, fruit weight, seed number of each chamber were taken as traits, and the artificial measurement method was used to analyze the traits. Volatile oil content was determined by steam distillation, contents of aescine and camphor were determined by gas chromatography (GC), respectively. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and ultraviolet spectrophotometry (UV) The content of glycosides and total flavonoids were determined. Conclusion The results of the study show that there are significant differences in the material basis of different traits of Amomum villosum, which proves the scientific and rational character of the Amomum villosum quality traits, which lays the foundation for further improving Amomum quality evaluation system.
