提出了一种从肝素提取过程中产生的废蛋白中提取类肝素的工艺。以类肝素总单位数为评价指标,通过单因素实验和正交设计实验确定了吸附工艺最佳条件:温度为55℃,盐浓度为0.8 mol/L,p H为8.72。氧化工艺最佳条件为:加入双氧水的量与待氧化的类肝素粗品溶液体积比为2∶100,氧化时间为6 h。与传统的处理废蛋白的方式相比,有效地增加了其经济价值。
A process of extracting heparinoid from the waste protein produced during heparin extraction was proposed. The optimum conditions of adsorption process were determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal design experiment at the total unit of heparinoid: the temperature was 55 ℃, the salt concentration was 0.8 mol / L, p H was 8.72. The optimum conditions for the oxidation process are as follows: the volume ratio of hydrogen peroxide to crude heparin solution to be oxidized is 2:100, and the oxidation time is 6 h. Compared with the traditional way of handling waste protein, it effectively increases its economic value.
