氧弹燃烧-离子色谱法测定卤素方法的条件优化

采用正交实验法优化了氧弹燃烧-离子色谱法检测塑料中卤素分析条件。获得最佳条件为:吸收液为水,体积为10m L,充氧压力至少为1MPa、燃烧静置时间为30min。结果显示:氯、溴标准溶液在0.5mg/L~10mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数达到0.995以上,方法检出限小于30mg/kg。采用龙昌智能技术研究院研制的编号为RMH 002的标准品进行精密度和准确度验证,氯、溴含量回收率均在96.5%至101.6%之间,相对标准偏差RSD(n=5)小于5%,满足标准EN14582-2007中对塑料基体中卤素的测定要求。 Orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the analysis conditions of halogen in plastic by oxygen bomb combustion - ion chromatography. The optimum conditions were as follows: the absorption solution was water, the volume was 10m L, the oxygenation pressure was at least 1MPa and the combustion time was 30min. The results showed that the calibration curves of chlorine and bromine were good in the range of 0.5 mg / L ~ 10 mg / L with the correlation coefficient above 0.995. The detection limit was less than 30 mg / kg. The precision and accuracy of the standards developed by Longchang Institute of Intelligent Technology, No. RMH 002 were validated. The recovery rates of chlorine and bromine were between 96.5% and 101.6%, and the relative standard deviation RSD (n = 5) was less than 5%, to meet the standard EN14582-2007 Determination of halogen in plastic matrix requirements.
