用简易GPC柱研究了三种类型氯醇弹性体的分子量分布。装柱填料是多孔硅胶球。理论塔板数2000块/米以上。用三异丁基铝-磷酸-水-二甲基苯胺催化剂制得的均聚氯醇胶比用三异丁基铝-磷酸-苯并噻唑亚磺酰胺所得氯醇胶分子量分布宽,宽度指数在3—6之间。均聚氯醇胶在素炼过程中,分子量分布变窄,分子量变低。转化率增加,单体浓度增加或温度降低使分布变宽。催化剂中的二甲基苯胺对三异丁基铝克分子比影响二元共聚胶的分布宽度。
