对于轮轨副接触表面的优化形式问题,国内外进行了大量的理论和试验研究,研究结果已经部分地得到了运用。在货车无固定配属到处通行的条件下(相对客车而言),轮轨副的相互作用引起踏面和轨头面形式的变化。在莫斯科枢纽编组站,对大约10000个货车车轮断面进行了测量,并且通过统计整理这些数据得出了踏面断面形式随踏面磨耗增大而变化的关系。位于距滚动圆不同距离的各截面上的断面曲率变化示于图1和表1。
For the optimal form of the contact surfaces of wheel and rail, a great deal of theoretical and experimental researches have been done at home and abroad. The research results have been partially used. In the absence of a fixed distribution of trucks everywhere (as opposed to passenger cars), the interaction between the wheel and rail causes a change in tread and rail head form. At the Moscow hub marshalling station, about 10,000 truck wheel sections were measured and statistically analyzed to find out the relationship between tread profile and tread wear. The changes in the curvature of the section at the sections located at different distances from the rolling circle are shown in Figure 1 and Table 1.
