研究了退火温度分别为900、950℃时,0.06%Nb对0.5%Si钢力学性能和磁性能的影响。结果表明,添加0.06%Nb能提升硅钢的力学性能,在950℃退火温度下,与未添0.06%Nb的钢(对比钢)相比,其抗拉强度增加了144MPa,屈服强度平均增加了112 MPa。在相同的退火温度下,含Nb钢铁损P1.5/50均为对比钢的2倍,含Nb钢磁感J50相比对比钢降低至1.60 T左右,磁性能急剧恶化。退火温度由950℃降低到900℃时,含铌硅钢铁损P1.5/50增加0.46W/kg,磁感J50波动很小,抗拉强度增加43 MPa,屈服强度增加90 MPa。
The effects of 0.06% Nb on the mechanical properties and magnetic properties of 0.5% Si steel were investigated at annealing temperatures of 900 and 950 ℃, respectively. The results show that the addition of 0.06% Nb can improve the mechanical properties of silicon steel. Compared with the steel without 0.06% Nb (comparative steel), the tensile strength increases by 144MPa and the yield strength increases by 112 MPa. At the same annealing temperature, the loss of Nb-containing steel P1.5 / 50 is 2 times that of the comparative steel. The magnetic induction J50 of Nb-containing steel is reduced to about 1.60 T compared with the comparative steel, and the magnetic properties deteriorate sharply. When the annealing temperature is reduced from 950 ℃ to 900 ℃, the loss of P1.5 / 50 of Nb-containing silicon steel increases by 0.46W / kg. The magnetic induction J50 fluctuates little, the tensile strength increases by 43 MPa and the yield strength increases by 90 MPa.
