本文首先较为系统地从两条线索综述了技术变革对企业战略选择影响的重要观点。然后梳理计算机行业的技术变革及市场结构变化,以此为背景深入剖析IBM的战略演进历程。试图以案例研究的形式,从一个侧面探讨技术变革对组织战略、组织行为引致的挑战。最后给出了五点启示。
This article first systematically reviews the important points of the impact of technological change on corporate strategic choices from two clues. Then combing the computer industry’s technological changes and changes in market structure, as a background to analyze IBM’s strategic evolution. In the form of case studies, we try to discuss the challenges that technological change poses to organizational strategies and organizational behaviors from one side. Finally, five revelations are given.
