鲤鱼是人们非常熟悉的一种淡水鱼。因为它鳞有十字纹理,故名“鲤”。我国人民对鲤鱼很早就有认识。历来倍加称赞。著名医学家李时珍在《本草纲目》一书中就写到:“鲤鱼为诸鱼之长,诸鱼为此最佳”。鲤鱼是鱼中佳品。无论是食用价值,还是营养价值,早已是我国人们所喜爱的食物之一。 鲤鱼味道鲜美,肉厚刺少,可烹制出很多美味佳肴,但在加工时,如果处理不当,会有土腥味,直接影响菜肴的质量,所以在整修时,一定注意下述两点:
