1984年2月至3月,我们为某拖轮推荐了一条从日本津市（TSU City）到美国荷兰港（Dutch Harbour）的最佳航线,并对其实施跟踪预报服务。结果表明,这次航线选择和预报服务比较成功。本文扼要地分析了航行期间的重要天气过程,并对所推荐的航线和预报服务作出比较客观的评价。
From February to March 1984, we recommended the best route for a tugboat from TSU City to the Dutch Harbor and implemented tracking and forecasting services. The results show that this route selection and forecast service was successful. This article briefly analyzes the important weather processes during the voyage and makes a more objective assessment of the recommended routes and forecast services.
