基于当前出版业发展和改革的大背景,以出版社转企改制为立足点,讨论了三种营销管理体制的现状,同时提出了对当前出版社教材营销管理体制的完善建议。
Based on the current background of the development and reform of the publishing industry, this paper discusses the status quo of the three marketing management systems based on the restructuring of the publishing houses through the transfer of enterprises. At the same time, some suggestions are put forward to improve the marketing management system of the current publishing houses.
