本文针对中小学尤其是农村英语教学中出现的衔接问题进行了对策探讨,认为需要从教学行政层面加强教师队伍建设、加强教材的连续性;在教师层面提高小学英语教师自身素质、提高中学英语教师分析学生水平的能力;在学生层面转变学习态度、掌握正确的学习方法,这些都可以有效的提高中小学英语教学衔接。 This paper discusses the countermeasures to the convergence problems in primary and middle schools, especially in rural English teaching. It thinks that it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers’ team from the administrative level of teaching and enhance the continuity of textbooks. At the teacher level, the quality of primary school English teachers should be improved and the secondary school English teachers should be improved. The ability to analyze the level of students; change the attitude of learning at the student level, master the correct learning methods, which can effectively improve the convergence of primary and secondary English teaching.
