用催化剂装量为1g 的固定床流动反应器研究了 ZSM-5沸石催化剂的改性方法,和它对催化剂的乙苯-乙烯烷基化反应选择性的影响。ZSM-5沸石催化剂经水热处理和水煮改性后,其烷基化选择性可从原来的60%左右提高到80%左右。如将水热处理和离子改性同时使用,则可将 ZSM-5沸石催化剂烷基化时的对二乙苯选择性提高到95~97%,而且稳定性也显著地提高。本文对不同改性方法的作用进行了讨论。
A fixed-bed flow reactor with a catalyst loading of 1 g was used to study the modification of the ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst and its effect on the selectivity of the catalyst for ethylbenzene-ethylene alkylation. ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst hydrothermal treatment and boiled modified alkylation selectivity from the original 60% to about 80%. When hydrothermal treatment and ion modification are used together, the selectivity to para-diethylbenzene can be increased to 95-97% when the ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst is alkylated, and the stability is also remarkably improved. This article discusses the role of different modification methods.
