目的:对高良姜(Alpinia officinarum Hance)根茎的化学成分进行研究。方法:运用多种色谱技术分离纯化, 通过理化常数和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离鉴定了 1 个杜松烷型倍半萜类化合物, 命名为 alpiniaterpeneA, 此外还利用量子化学计算方法对该化合物的绝对构型进行了确证。结论:化合物 1 为新化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Rhizome Alpinia officinarum Hance. Methods: Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical constants and spectral data. Results: One of the decanene sesquiterpenoids isolated and identified was named alpiniaterpeneA. The absolute configuration of the compound was also confirmed by quantum chemical calculation. Conclusion: Compound 1 is a new compound.
