B210型与 B220型龙门刨床是生产中使用较多的两种重型龙门刨床,两者都存在着严重的漏油现象。我厂结合设备的大、中修理,摸索到一些防止漏油的措施,并取得了良好效果。现简介如下:一、油箱(1)B210型龙门刨床油箱的修理:该油箱是与机身铸成一体的,由于浇铸后易出现缩孔和气孔,而造成渗透。修理时将整台龙门刨床用千斤顶抬高300～400毫米,将油箱清洗干净,然后倒
