为了防治眼病以及进行卫生宣传,调查了解农村眼病情况,很有必要。1976年6～7月间,在各级党组织的领导和支持下,我们在龙湾公社对龙湾大队,一所中学,三所小学进行了调查。方法是作者和一名赤脚医生由被检单位人员带领,深入田间及挨门逐户普遍检查。学生由学校安排时间检查,查后重者先洽。普查中贯彻卫生宣传,需手术的随时安排时间,及时解决。这样在检治过程中,既不影响生产,又训练了赤脚医生。兹将检查结果报告于下:
