给出了国产600MW汽轮机调节系统调节阀阀杆的数学模型和物理模型,提出了卡涩故障下仿真用的数值计算模型。并以此为基础,以国产600MW机组为例,在各种工况下进行仿真,利用得到的仿真结果,分析了卡涩故障的危害性,并找出了卡涩故障的主要特征。
The mathematical model and physical model of the stem of the regulating valve of a domestic 600 MW steam turbine governing system are given. The numerical simulation model for simulating the jammed fault is proposed. Based on this, taking the domestic 600MW unit as an example, the simulation is carried out in various working conditions. By using the simulation results obtained, the danger of jamming failure is analyzed and the main characteristics of jamming failure are found out.
