2,2-双[4-(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(NJXBAPP)、3,3’-二甲基-4,4’-二氨基二环己基甲烷(DMDC)与2,2-双[4-(3,4-二羧基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷二酐(BPADA)在强极性非质子有机溶剂中进行聚合反应,得到了粘稠状的聚酰胺酸(NJXBAPP-DMDC-BPADA/PAA)溶液,涂膜,热亚胺化,获得了相应的聚酰亚胺(NJXBAPP-DMDC-BPADA/PI)薄膜。利用差示扫描量热计(DSC)、傅立叶转换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、紫外-可见分光光度计等仪器,对其性能进行了研究。结果表明:该薄膜具有良好的疏水性、热稳定性和力学性能,较宽的光谱范围内具有良好的透明性,吸水率为3.12%。
(NJXBAPP), 3,3’-dimethyl-4,4’-diaminodicyclohexylmethane (DMDC) with 2,2-bis [4- (4- aminophenoxy) phenyl] propane 2-Bis [4- (3,4-dicarboxyphenoxy) phenyl] propane dianhydride (BPADA) was polymerized in a strongly polar aprotic organic solvent to obtain a viscous polyamic acid (NJXBAPP -DMDC-BPADA / PAA) solution, coating and thermal imidization, the corresponding polyimide (NJXBAPP-DMDC-BPADA / PI) films were obtained. The properties of these materials were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer. The results show that the film has good hydrophobicity, thermal stability and mechanical properties. It has good transparency in a wide spectral range and the water absorption is 3.12%.
