用滚动计划周期的方法来解决集装箱码头堆场的混堆问题.讨论当出口箱量和进口箱量都是随机量时的最佳分配方法.在第一阶段,为了平衡各箱区的箱量,应用机会约束规划的方法把计划期所有的箱分配到各个箱区中去.在第二阶段,为减少集卡从堆场到码头前沿泊位的行走距离,应用线性规划的方法把每艘船要装卸的箱分配到各个箱区中去.应用该模型使得堆场集装箱得到合理配置.从而提高了港口堆场的堆存效率.
