目的分析食品安全领域的全球研究文献分布结构和特征。方法以科学引文索引扩展版(SCI-E)数据库为数据源,以Thomson Data Analyzer和Excel 2003为分析工具,对食品安全研究文献的分布特征进行分析。结果全球食品安全研究迅速发展。从国家排名上看,美国、欧西班牙、德国的研究处于领先地位。从研究机构排名上看,美国农业部农业研究服务局(USDA ARS)、西班牙国家高等科学研究委员会(CSIC)和美国食品药品管理局(US FDA)排名靠前。从国内的情况看,在国家自然科学基金等项目的支持下,中国的食品安全研究产出高速发展。结论食品安全的研究前景非常广阔,尤其是在中国当前的国情条件下,进一步提升食品安全研究能力势在必行。
Objective To analyze the distribution and characteristics of global research literature in the field of food safety. Methods Using the SCI-E database as data source and Thomson Data Analyzer and Excel 2003 as analysis tools, the distribution characteristics of food safety research literature were analyzed. Results The rapid development of global food safety research. From the national rankings point of view, the United States, Europe and Spain, Germany’s research in a leading position. USDA ARS, CSIC and US FDA top the research institute rankings. Judging from the domestic situation, with the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and other projects, the research on China’s food safety has been developing rapidly. Conclusion The research prospects of food safety are very broad. Especially under the current national conditions in China, it is imperative to further enhance the capability of food safety research.
