提出了沿周边简支筒壳的计算方法、支环的计算方法和圆板支轮的计算方法作为对当前卷筒计算方法的补充,进而对现有三类卷筒的计算方法进行综合,编制出可以对以上三类卷筒的筒壳与支轮进行设计的计算机程序。程序中根据满应力原则对筒壳与支轮进行了优化,可使卷筒在可靠的基础上做到重量最轻,为设计人员在使用程序过程中对卷筒结构的选择有所帮助。本文还对现有三类卷筒结构的优缺点作了初步分析。
