对商业纯钛板材沿轧制方向进行了25%、50%变形量的冷轧,随后进行了单轴拉伸试验,研究了轧制变形对体育器材用纯钛组织和性能的影响。结果表明,轧制大大细化了晶粒,材料强度获得极大提高。然而随着轧制变形程度增大而塑性下降,这主要是由于位错运动引起的。
The commercial pure titanium sheets were cold-rolled at 25% and 50% of the rolling direction. Uniaxial tensile tests were carried out to study the effects of rolling deformation on the microstructure and properties of pure titanium for sports equipment. The results show that the rolling greatly refined the grain, the material strength is greatly increased. However, the ductility decreases as the degree of rolling deformation increases. This is mainly due to the dislocation motion.
