X52K升降台式铣床,在进给过程中,曾发生突然损坏刀具和造成废品。经过我们仔细观察、分析,发现铣床在进给过程中有瞬间快速和停进现象。图1所示,在进给过程中,电磁铁吸合,使离合器被动爿3与主动爿2接合,进给由齿轮1输入,经离合器由齿轮6输出,同时快速输入齿轮5也在快速转动。正常进给过程(图2-a),离合器主动爿2带动被动爿3,以相同的角速度旋转,这时,牙嵌M_2面与M_3面是紧紧接触的。
X52K lifting table milling machine, in the feeding process, there have been sudden damage to the tool and cause waste. After careful observation and analysis, we found that the milling machine had an instantaneous rapidity and stopping phenomenon in the feeding process. Figure 1 shows, in the process of feeding, the electromagnet sucks, so that the clutch passive 爿 3 and the proactive 爿 2 engagement, the feed is input by the gear 1, the clutch output by the gear 6, while the rapid input gear 5 is also rapidly rotating . Normal feeding process (Figure 2-a), the clutch active 爿 2 driven passive 爿 3, with the same angular velocity rotation, then, M_2 tooth surface and M_3 surface is in close contact.
