哈尔滨焊接研究所研制的HCL-3(MC)五头插销试验机微机自动控制及数据检测系统,经专家评审通过鉴定。试验参数给定由键盘输入,方便灵活,可自动循回检测五个试件的试验时间、变化及断裂时应力并自动显示打印;同时可以由计算机检测并打印焊接热循环参数t_8s/s、t_(-200)、t_(-100)。鉴定认为该试验机控制系统采用了Pc总线微机,不仅提高了测试精度,而且提高了试验机的通用性和综合性。首次将计算机应用于插销试验机的控制与检测系统。
Harbin Institute of Welding developed HCL-3 (MC) five-pin testing machine microcomputer automatic control and data detection system, identified by the expert review. Test parameters given by the keyboard input, convenient and flexible, can automatically return to test the test five specimens of the test time, change and fracture stress and automatically display printing; the same time by the computer to detect and print welding thermal cycle parameters t_8s / s, t_ (-200), t _ (- 100). Identification that the test machine control system uses a Pc bus microcomputer, not only improves the test accuracy, but also improve the versatility and comprehensive test machine. For the first time the computer is applied to the control and testing system of the plug testing machine.
