第二次世界大战结束以来,资本主义各国经过战后初期的恢复和调整,从50年代初到70年代初的近20年时间,经济出现了高速增长,其速度超过了历史上的任何一个时期,故这个时期称为战后资本主义经济发展的“黄金时代”。但自从70年代(即1973年)起,资本主义国家的经济发展出现了重大的转折,经济发展呈低速状态,缓慢与停滞的趋势占了上风,由此进入了“滞胀”阶段。那么,怎样认识战后资本主义经济发展中出现的“滞胀”现象呢?
Since the end of the Second World War, the capitalist countries recovered and adjusted early after the war. From the early 1950s to nearly 20 years in the early 1970s, the economy witnessed rapid growth at a rate faster than any other period in history Therefore, this period is called the “golden age” of post-war capitalist economic development. However, since the 1970s (1973), the economic development of capitalist countries witnessed a major turning point, with the economy at a low speed and the slow and stagnant trends prevailing, thus entering the phase of stagflation. So how do we recognize the “stagflation” phenomenon that emerged in the post-war capitalist economic development?
