对春小麦开花后的不同叶位及叶龄叶片在衰老过程中的相关生理生化指标进行了分析。结果表明:不同叶位叶片,在同一生育期内,旗叶的蛋白质含量、叶绿素含量和CAT活性均高于其他叶位叶片,MDA含量和外渗电导率值低于其他叶位叶片,随着叶龄的增加,旗叶的这些生理生化指标的变化趋势都慢于其他叶位叶片。另外,不同叶位叶片的自然含水量的变化具有近似相对稳定性。
The physiological and biochemical indexes of different leaf positions and leaves aged after flowering of spring wheat in the process of aging were analyzed. The results showed that the leaf protein content, chlorophyll content and CAT activity of flag leaves at different leaf positions were higher than those at other leaves at the same growth stage. The content of MDA and the extravasation conductivity were lower than those of other leaves. Leaf age increased, flag leaf physiological and biochemical indicators of these trends are slower than other leaves leaves. In addition, the change of natural water content of leaves with different leaf positions has approximate relative stability.
