三维水平井为靖中北区块工厂化水平井钻探的主力井型,三维水平井井眼轨迹控制难度大于二维水平井,且该区块延长底部与纸坊上部的交界面处有砾石层,刘家沟地层硬会严重磨损钻头,石千峰组和石盒子组易发生井壁失稳坍塌现象,加大了施工难度。本文通过实钻经验,优选不同井段PDC钻头;总结靖中北地层泥岩、砂岩增降斜规律;优化井眼轨迹控制,优化钻具组合及钻井液体系。从整体上把握规律,为现场加快钻井速度,缩短钻井周期,同时预防井下复杂,优质高效的完成钻井任务提供保障。
The three-dimensional horizontal well is the main type of horizontal well drilling in the Jingzhongbei Block. In this paper, through the drilling experience, PDC bits in different intervals are optimized. The law of increasing and falling of mudstone and sandstone in the Jingzhongbei formation is optimized. The well trajectory control is optimized, and the drilling assembly and drilling fluid system are optimized. From the overall grasp of the law for the site to speed up drilling and shorten the drilling cycle, while preventing complex, high quality and efficient completion of drilling tasks to provide protection.
