均质土中钢顶管顶进稳定性的能量法分析

顶管作为一种非开挖技术,越来越多地应用于各种地下管线工程。钢顶管在顶进过程中,如果顶力控制不当,可能发生轴向整体屈曲,从而导致管体结构失稳破坏。针对这一问题,考虑管周土体的约束、管–土摩阻力以及轴线偏差引起的初弯曲等作用,建立并求解了均质土中钢顶管在轴向顶力作用下的能量方程,获得了临界顶力荷载的解析解。然后,从轴线偏差、管周土体地基反力系数、管–土摩阻力方面分析了钢顶管轴向整体稳定系数的变化规律。钢顶管轴向整体稳定系数随长细比增大而减小,轴线偏差显著降低了钢顶管的轴向整体稳定性。顶管周围土体的约束作用增大了钢顶管轴向整体稳定性。管土摩阻力对钢顶管的轴向整体稳定性影响很小,可以忽略不计。均质土中的钢顶管轴向稳定性规律不同于一般的钢结构,临界顶力荷载解析解可以为钢顶管设计提供依据。 Pipe jacking as a non-excavation technology, more and more used in various underground pipeline projects. During the jacking process, if the jacking force is not properly controlled, the overall axial buckling may occur, resulting in the instability of the tube structure. In view of this problem, the energy equation of steel pipe jacking in homogeneous soil under axial axial force is established and solved considering the constraint of pipe body, the tube-soil friction and the initial bending caused by axial deviation. Obtain analytical solution of critical top load. Then, the variation regularity of the overall stability coefficient of the steel pipe in the axial direction is analyzed from the axial deviation, the reaction coefficient of the soil around the pipe circumference and the resistance between the pipe and the soil. The overall axial stability of the steel pipe decreases with the slenderness ratio, and the axial deviation significantly reduces the overall axial stability of the steel pipe. The restraint effect of the soil around the pipe increases the overall axial stability of the pipe. Soil friction has a negligible effect on the overall axial stability of the steel pipe, negligible. Homogeneous soil in the axial stability of steel pipe is different from the general rule of the steel structure, the analytical solution of the critical top load can provide the basis for the design of steel pipe.
