低碳铝镇静钢要求钢中残留一定量的酸溶铝,以改善钢板的冲压性能、防止时效。我国规定这类钢酸溶铝含量的最佳值为0.02~0.07%。本文叙述在转炉吹炼技术操作实践中,将工厂低碳铝镇静钢的酸溶铝符合规定者达到95.8%,平均铝回收率为25%的水平。对控制酸溶铝的有关因素作了技术分析。提出加铝量的计算式:Al_(T)=Al_(s)+(0.0032/%[C])×1.125+0.0006(T_终-1600)+(0.08±0.01)。并提出了改进操作的意见。
