The subject of this paper is the analysis and research on the comprehensive factors that form the volume resistivity of conductive rubber. The results show that the ratio of the number of contact points between carbon black aggregates can be used to predict and analyze the conductivity. The most important factor for the conductive properties of rubber is the dispersibility of carbon black.
