叙述了小空心铰链型材在挤压过程中存在的问题，提出了新的设计方案．结果表明，用这种新方法设计的舌型模，不仅其产品表面质量好，模具的使用寿命长，且提高了生产效率和经济效益。
Describes the small hollow hinge profiles in the extrusion process problems, put forward a new design. The results show that the tongue mold designed by this new method not only has good surface quality, long service life of the mold, but also improves the production efficiency and economic efficiency.
