目的调查山东南部滨湖地区蚊虫水螨的寄生情况,并探讨水螨寄生在当地作为中华按蚊未经产蚊指示物的可行性。方法白天(人)畜房和傍晚室外人饵帐捕集成蚊,所捕蚊虫带回室内观察并计录水螨寄生的蚊虫种类和每只蚊虫体表的寄生螨数。结果中华按蚊水螨寄生率为44.82%,三带喙库蚊水螨寄生率为0.0725%;淡色库蚊水螨寄生率为0。水螨寄生的中华按蚊97.2%为未经产蚊。结论水螨主要寄生在中华按蚊未经产蚊蚊体上,体表的水螨寄生在当地可作为中华按蚊未经产指示物。
Objective To investigate the parasitism of water mites on mosquitoes in Binhu area in southern Shandong and to investigate the feasibility of water mites parasitizing local mosquitoes in mosquitoes in China. Methods The mosquitoes were collected during the daytime (human) house and evening outdoor bait, and the mosquitoes were caught indoors to observe and record the species of mosquitoes parasitized by water mites and the number of parasitic mites on the surface of each mosquito. Results The parasitic rate of water mites of Anopheles sinensis was 44.82%, the parasitism rate of water mites of Culex tritaeniorhynchus was 0.0725%, and that of Culex pipiens pallens was 0. Water mites parasitic Anopheles sinensis 97.2% without mosquito production. Conclusion Hydatid mites are mainly parasitized in mosquitoes of Anopheles sinensis without parasitism. Water mites parasitized in the surface can be used as an indicator of non-production of Anopheles sinensis.
