以定性研究探讨小学生的吸烟行为

目的以定性研究探讨台湾公立小学学生吸烟行为的原因。方法立意取样桃园市桃园区中山小学12位吸烟学生,进行戒烟团体活动及半结构式深入访谈。结果研究发现影响学生吸烟行为有家庭因素、学校因素、学生的好奇心和个人因素、感受烟害对身体的威胁以及害怕被揭发的矛盾心理等5个因素,且环环相扣。结论应重视小学生吸烟问题,强化家庭功能;发掘学生优点,给予适时鼓励,以促进其健全人格的发展。 Objective To qualitatively investigate the reasons for the smoking behavior of Taiwan’s public primary school students. Methods A total of 12 smoking students from Zhongshan Elementary School in Taoyuan District, Taoyuan City, were sampled for smoking cessation activities and semi-structured interviews. Results The study found that there are five factors that affect students’ smoking behavior, such as family factors, school factors, curiosity and personal factors of students, the threat to body caused by cigarette smoke and the contradictory psychology of fear of being exposed. Conclusions Should pay attention to the issue of smoking among primary school students, strengthen the family function; discover students’ merits, give timely encouragement to promote their sound personality development.
