本文认为,在信息化、网络化的环境下,图书馆的服务功能正在发生变化,即逐渐由信息服务向知识服务转型。知识服务虽然具有较为突出的个性化特点,但它和信息服务一样,必须实施标准化。知识服务的标准化内容主要包括知识服务的基本架构标准、服务人员资质标准、客户分类标准、知识库建设标准以及与信息服务共同遵循的标准。知识服务的标准化工作应该及时研究布局。目前在中国,图书馆知识服务应坚持政府主导原则和国际化原则。要处理好标准化与个性化之间的关系。
This paper argues that under the environment of information and network, the service function of libraries is changing, that is, the transition from information service to knowledge service gradually. Although the service of knowledge has a more prominent personality, it must be standardized, just like the information service. The standardization of knowledge services mainly includes the basic framework of knowledge services standards, service personnel qualification standards, customer classification standards, knowledge base construction standards and information services to jointly follow the standards. Standardization of knowledge services should promptly study the layout. At present in China, library knowledge services should adhere to the principle of government dominance and internationalization. To handle the relationship between standardization and personalization.
