Objective To investigate the effects of high-fat diet and forced exercise on the body weight, blood lipid level and behavior of neonatal rats. Methods Sixty weanling BABL / c neonatal rats were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n = 10) was fed with basal diet for 75 days and the high-fat group (n = 50) After the end of feeding, the differences in body weight and blood lipid levels between the high fat-fed and normal feed-fed pups were compared. In order to study the effect of obesity on locomotor behavior in offspring, Group of animals were recorded exercise conditions, analysis of high-fat diet and exercise on the offspring weight and behavior of the impact. Results There was a significant difference in body weight and biochemical parameters (TC, TG) among the offspring fed with high-fat diet and normal diet. No significant differences were found between male and female, independent exercise, but the obesity in female obese rats was significantly Which is higher than that of male obese mice. After forced exercise, the body weight of male obese exercise group was significantly reduced compared with that of obese control group, while there was no significant difference between female obese exercise group and obese control group. Conclusion Obesity is greatly affected by diet. For females, active exercise may prevent obesity effectively. In addition, once obesity occurs and exercise is interfered, males lose weight more effectively than females.
