皮肤瘙痒是尿毒症患者常见的并发症之一,其临床发生率高达50%~75%,而其中有37%的病人表现为令人心烦的皮肤瘙痒,严重影响患者生活质量,单纯采用西医局部用药或口服抗瘙痒药物通常疗效不佳,治疗上颇为棘手[1]。近年来,随着血液滤过及血液灌流在临床上的广泛应用,尿毒症患者合并顽固性皮肤瘙痒有所减少,但仍然有部分病人症状改善不明显,为此,我们于2007年2月~2009年2月,对我科收治的68例尿毒症维持性血液透析
