目的了解新疆维吾尔族医学生在大学4 a间体育锻炼行为的变化情况,为促进维吾尔族医学生形成健康的生活方式提供依据。方法整群抽取新疆某高校2009级1 342名医学本科生进行为期4 a的运动量调查,以及1次体育健康知识与信念的调查,并对调查结果进行分析。结果新疆某高校维吾尔族大学男生的运动量得分每年均高于女生(P值均<0.01);维吾尔族男女医学生运动量平均得分均随着年级的增高不断下降(P值均<0.01)。4 a中均为小运动量的学生比例为48.96%,中等或大运动量的比例为19.00%。不同运动量学生在对体育锻炼障碍的体验、体育锻炼带来好处的体验、坚持体育锻炼自信心和运动不足带来相关疾病易感性的认识等方面差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论高校低年级维吾尔族医学生的体育锻炼情况优于高年级。应针对性地开展健康教育,促进维吾尔族医学生体育锻炼行为的可持续发展。
Objective To understand the changes of Xinjiang Uyghur medical students’ physical activity during the first 4 years of college and to provide basis for promoting the healthy life style of Uyghur medical students. Methods A total of 1 342 undergraduate students from a university in 2009 in Xinjiang were enrolled in the 4-a-year physical activity survey and 1 physical health knowledge and belief survey. Results of the survey were also analyzed. Results The score of male students in Uyghur University in Xinjiang was higher than that of female students in each year (P <0.01). The average score of Uyghur male and female students decreased with the increase of grade (P <0.01). The proportion of students who had a small amount of exercise in 4 a was 48.96%, and the proportion of medium or large amount of exercise was 19.00%. There was significant difference between the students of different exercise levels in the experience of obstacles to physical exercise, the benefits of physical exercise, the awareness of physical activity self-confidence and lack of exercise-related diseases (P all <0.01). Conclusions The Uygur medical students in lower grades of colleges and universities have better physical activity than senior students. Health education should be carried out in a targeted manner to promote the sustainable development of Uyghur medical students’ physical exercise.
