法学本科课堂教学陷入教师独台表演,学生成为观众的巢臼。究其原因发现,形式上,因教学场所之“教室”称谓及其形似舞台布局使法学课堂教学产生教师独台表演,学生沦为观众的错觉;实质上,由于法学课堂教学计划和课堂评价制度缺乏对学生课堂的学习指导和监督促成了教师独台表演,学生沦为观众的局面。因此,法学课堂教学欲彻底摆脱目前的困境,不仅需要改变课堂教学场所称呼以及布局,而且需要完善教学计划和课堂评价制度,也需要更新课堂教学组织方式等,使它真正能为实现应用型法学专门人才培养目标服务。
