本文针对苏南地区既有住宅能耗较大和CO2排放量较高的问题,以当地某既有住宅为研究对象,结合能耗模拟分析了苏南地区既有住宅节能改造的各项可行技术,进而采用全生命周期评价法对各项节能措施进行了分析与评估。研究结果表明,结合外窗、外墙、楼梯间、遮阳、屋顶的综合节能改造技术体系可以达到节能50%的目标;各单项节能改造措施的CO2减排效果较明显,其中遮阳、屋顶和楼梯间节能改造效果尤其显著。
In this paper, in order to solve the problem of large energy consumption and high CO2 emission of existing residential buildings in South Jiangsu Province, this paper takes a local existing residential area as the research object and combines the energy consumption simulation to analyze various feasible technologies for energy saving retrofitting of existing residential buildings in southern Jiangsu. Then use the life-cycle assessment method to analyze and evaluate various energy-saving measures. The results show that the integrated energy-saving technology system combining exterior windows, external walls, stairwells, sun-shading and roof can achieve the goal of 50% energy-saving; the effect of CO2 emission reduction of individual energy-saving measures is obvious, Between the energy-saving effect is particularly significant.
