马齿苋不同提取物的抗炎镇痛耐缺氧作用

目的:研究马齿苋不同提取物的抗炎、镇痛、耐缺氧作用。方法:将马齿苋制备成不同提取物的试验样品。用二甲苯、巴豆油致小鼠耳郭肿胀法观察其抗炎作用;用醋酸扭体试验和热板法观察其镇痛作用;用耐缺氧实验装置,观察小鼠缺氧存活时间和耗氧量的变化。结果:马齿苋醋酸乙酯提取物、正丁醇提取物具有显著的抗炎、镇痛、耐缺氧作用。在相同和不同生药剂量下,马齿苋醋酸乙酯提取物作用较弱,马齿苋正丁醇提取物作用明显。结论:马齿苋醋酸乙酯提取物、马齿苋正丁醇提取物具有一定的抗炎、镇痛、耐缺氧作用,其作用正丁醇提取物强于醋酸乙酯提取物。 Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory, analgesic and hypoxia-tolerance effects of different extracts of purslane. Methods: The purslane was prepared as a test sample of different extracts. The anti-inflammatory effect was observed by mouse ear swelling method with xylene and croton oil. The analgesic effect was observed by acetic acid writhing test and hot plate test. The hypoxia-tolerant survival time and consumption Changes in oxygen levels. Results: The purslane ethyl acetate extract and n-butanol extract had significant anti-inflammatory, analgesic and hypoxia-tolerant effects. In the same and different doses of crude drugs, purslane ethyl acetate extract is weak, purslane n-butanol extract obvious effect. Conclusion: The ethyl acetate extract of purslane and n-butanol extract of purslane have certain anti-inflammatory, analgesic and hypoxia-tolerant effects. The n-butanol extract is stronger than ethyl acetate extract.
