本文用光学金相和扫描电镜分析了压缩机盘的失效原因:是由于电镀返修次数过多而造成的氢脆断裂.通过静迟拉伸试验进一步证实,对具有较高强度的钢制零件,随着电镀的返修次数增加,其氢脆程度也逐渐增加.
In this paper, optical metallography and scanning electron microscopy were used to analyze the cause of failure of the compressor disk: hydrogen embrittlement caused by too many times of reworking.Through the static tensile test, it was further confirmed that for the steel parts with higher strength, As the number of reworkings increases, the degree of hydrogen embrittlement increases.
