为明确寄主虫态对班氏跳小蜂适合度的影响,在实验室条件下[温度(27±1)℃,相对湿度(70±5)%,光周期14L∶10D]测定了寄生于不同发育阶段(3龄若虫和雌成虫)扶桑绵粉蚧的班氏跳小蜂子代性比和个体大小.结果表明:寄生扶桑绵粉蚧雌成虫的班氏跳小蜂的子代雌雄性比、个体体长和后足胫节的长度均明显高于寄生3龄若虫,且个体体长与后足胫节长度之间有显著的相关性.扶桑绵粉蚧3龄若虫个体大小显著影响班氏跳小蜂子代个体大小,而雌成虫的个体大小对该蜂子代大小无显著影响.
In order to clarify the influence of the host insect state on the fitness of Bentley’s Bumblebee Beetle, the parasitism was measured under different laboratory conditions [temperature (27 ± 1) ℃, relative humidity (70 ± 5)%, photoperiod 14L: 10D] At the developmental stage (3rd instar nymphs and female adults), the relatives and individual sizes of Beauveria bassiana were studied.The results showed that the male-female ratio , Body length and hind tibia length were significantly higher than the 3rd instar nymphs, and individual body length and hind foot tibia length was significantly related to the size of the 3rd instar nymphs The size of individual bees on jumping off bee, while the individual size of female adults on bee generation size had no significant effect.
