本文根据图书馆的服务理念、服务宗旨,探讨图书馆服务质量管理的模式在高校图书馆运用的必要性和可行性,并通过对国内外图书馆服务质量管理评价研究的文献回顾,提出对图书馆进行全面质量管理实施效果的评价。评价指标体系的建立对于推动图书馆实施全面质量管理的科学性、规范性具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。
Based on the service concept and service aim of the library, this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of using the library service quality management model in the university library. By reviewing the literatures about the evaluation of the service quality management of the library at home and abroad, Museum of total quality management implementation of the evaluation. The establishment of evaluation index system is of great theoretical and practical significance for promoting the scientific and normative implementation of total quality management in libraries.
