为研究煤液化单元中典型装置——高压差调节阀的冲刷腐蚀现象,采用CFD模拟技术,基于离散相模型(DPM)、RNG k-ε湍流模型和磨损模型,对调节阀展开流场特性和磨蚀计算。讨论了阀门开度、结构、介质特性、工况条件对调节阀磨损的影响,结果表明磨损主要发生于阀芯与阀座之间的区域,该处的固相浓度高,流速大是造成磨损主要原因。计算结果与生产现场现象一致,说明模拟分析具有可行性与准确性。
In order to study the erosion phenomenon of typical high pressure differential valve in coal liquefaction unit, CFD simulation technique was used to simulate the flow field characteristics of the control valve based on discrete phase model (DPM), RNG k-ε turbulence model and wear model Abrasion calculation. The effects of valve opening, structure, medium characteristics and working conditions on the wear of the control valve are discussed. The results show that the wear mainly occurs in the area between the valve core and the valve seat, where the solid phase concentration is high and the flow rate is large, causing wear main reason. The calculation results are consistent with the phenomenon on the production site, indicating that the simulation analysis is feasible and accurate.
