本组男10例,女32例。20岁以下2例,21～40岁19例,41～60岁18例,61岁以上3例。全部根据典型甲减的临床表现及实验室检查而确诊。从出现自觉症状到确诊时间:1年以下18例,1～5年16例,6～10年4例,11年以上4例。误诊疾病:冠心病14例,急、慢性肾小球肾炎14例,缺铁性贫血5例,更年期综合征5例,高脂血症2例,急性肝炎2例。误
