采用锥形量热仪对外墙外保温用模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料及其熔融滴落物的热释放速率、总热生成量、烟气生成速率和总烟生成量进行了测试。试验表明:普通阻燃模塑聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料初期熔融滴落物具有较高的易燃性和生烟性,随着熔融时间的延长其各项数值均发生降低;而采用可膨胀石墨添加的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料虽然具有较好的阻燃效果,但其熔融物在后期会表现出较高的易燃性和生烟量,具有较大的人身危险性。
Cone calorimeter was used to test the heat release rate, total heat generation, flue gas generation rate and total smoke generation of molded polystyrene foam for exterior thermal insulation and its molten drips. The results show that: the initial flame-retardant molded polystyrene foam drip droplets with high flammability and smoke-smoking, with the extension of the melting time of its values were reduced; and the use of expandable graphite added Although the styrofoam has better flame retarding effect, its melt will show higher flammability and smoke generation in the later stage, which is of great personal danger.
