妊娠妇女在分娩前或分娩后发生上矢状窦血栓形成并不少见。我院内科及妇产科自1979至1983年共收住11例,现报道如下。临床资料一、年龄:24～30岁9例,31～39岁2例。二、分娩与发病时间:分娩前发病2例,分别于发病后第7天、第8天分娩。分娩后1周内发病7例,其中产后1天发病1例,2天发病1例,3天1例,4天1例,7天1例,两周内1例,3周内1例。三,起病方式:均为突然发病,逐渐发展,数日后达高峰。四、其他部位血栓:病程中合并有其他部位血栓
It is not uncommon for pregnant women to have upper sagittal sinus thrombosis before or after childbirth. Our hospital internal medicine and obstetrics and gynecology from 1979 to 1983, a total of 11 cases were admitted, are reported below. A clinical data, age: 9 cases of 24 to 30 years old, 31 to 39 years in 2 cases. Second, childbirth and onset time: 2 cases before onset of childbirth, respectively, in the first 7 days after onset, the first 8 days of delivery. One case developed within 1 week after delivery and 1 case developed within 1 day after delivery. One case developed in 2 days, 1 case in 3 days, 1 case in 4 days, 1 case in 7 days, 1 case in 2 weeks and 1 case in 3 weeks. Third, the onset: both sudden onset, and gradually developed, reached a peak after a few days. Fourth, thrombosis in other parts: the course of the disease with thrombosis in other parts
