节假日,外出旅游已成为一种新的生活时尚。方便的随团旅游成为人们的首选。然而一些旅行社由于不讲信誉,不履行协议书,擅自更改旅游项目,降低服务质量,甚至变相欺骗广大消费者,引起了众多的消费纠纷。记者从北京市消费者协会了解,在近几年中,消费者对旅游业的投诉已经增加了10多倍,1999年全年受理投诉115件,而截止到今年8月份,投诉就高达84件,成为投诉热点之一。
