针对串行和并行并存的多工序自动化生产线出现的UPH值偏低问题,生产线的调度优化显得格外重要。首先阐述一液晶屏装配生产线的硬件架构设计;然后针对Montrac的Shuttle调度原理和Switch调度原理进行详细讨论,Montrac与PLC进行UDP通信,通过PLC在Montrac中写入穿梭车的目标地址,并实现在自动化运输系统中的应用,使得一辆穿梭车上的各批工件在LEF作业区的进出站时间和加工时间,即该站小车循环时间保持在20 s左右;最终,在该调度原理基础上达到理想的UPH值。
For serial and parallel co-existence of multi-process automated production line appears low UPH value problem, scheduling optimization of production lines is particularly important. Firstly, the hardware architecture design of a LCD assembly line is described. Then, the scheduling principle of Shuttle and the scheduling of Montrac are discussed in detail. The communication between Montrac and PLC is carried out by UDP. The target address of shuttle is written in Montrac by PLC. The application of automated transportation system makes the batch of workpieces on a shuttle truck stay in and out of the LEF work area for a period of about 20 seconds. Finally, on the basis of the scheduling principle, The ideal UPH value.
