提出并实现了由热键合直角棱镜与角锥棱镜构成的新型946nm及473nm单频非平面环形激光器.直角棱镜由无掺杂的YAG晶体和2mm厚的Nd∶YAG晶体热键合形成,可提供激光增益、光路闭合及对946nm激光起偏等多种复合功能.角锥棱镜由熔融石英材料构成,在环形永磁铁作用下,提供法拉第旋转作用.实验上实现了该结构的946nm腔内倍频,并获得了473nm单频单向激光输出.
New 946nm and 473nm single-frequency non-planar ring lasers consisting of a hot-bonded right-angle prism and a pyramid-shaped prism are proposed and implemented. The right-angle prism is formed by the thermal bonding between undoped YAG crystal and 2mm thick Nd: YAG crystal. It provides the laser gain, the optical path closure and a variety of complex functions to the 946nm laser polarization, etc. The pyramid prism is made of fused silica material and provides Faraday rotation under the action of a ring-shaped permanent magnet. Frequency, and won the 473nm single-frequency unidirectional laser output.
