本文分析了面对电力企业领导干部教育培训的瓶颈,创新性地提出了“混合式”培训的新模式。“混合式”培训立足学员需求制定个性化培训计划,融合集中面授、自主学习、“班子对话”、教练辅导、走上讲台、网络选学、行动学习、管理大讲堂等多种培训方式,创新干部培训载体,对于增强学员自主管理、能力提升有促进作用,培训效果显著。
